This rental is located in an authentic Greek neighborhood that is a very short distance away from the tourist area in Chania. It is a beautiful restored home that is very unique. It has a large secured courtyard that includes a huge outdoor dining table and chairs. The inside is beautiful and probably my favorite stay in any rental from booking, Airbnb or VRBO. It’s a large 3 bedroom 3 bathroom place that could accommodate a large family or friends. The pictures are accurate. There is a large terrace just outside one of the upstairs bedrooms that I enjoyed immensely. It has plenty of comfortable outdoor seating areas. Our host Manos was great and easy to contact. He supplied refrigerated foods, milk and plenty of bottled water before our arrival. A delicious baked dessert cake was also provided. Manos went above and beyond for my family with this rental. I would return to Chania just to stay in this home.

Nous avons tout aimé ! Manos est un super hôte très arrangeant et plus que professionnel. Nous avons apprécié sa disponibilité, son adaptabilité, sa bienveillance et ses précieux conseils. L’établissement, une maison typiquement crétoise qui mélange modernité et authenticité est une merveille, nous avons eu un vrai coup de coeur. Tout a été pensé parfaitement : la décoration, l’agencement, les équipements, l’ameublement, l’espace, etc. La localisation de la maison nous a permis de nous rendre très facilement en centre ville de Chania (6/7 min en voiture) et à 5 minutes de la plage la plus proche où nous avons pu nous baigner. La cerise sur le gâteau est la générosité de Manos dès notre arrivée à Chania à notre départ. Il a été aux petits soins avec nous. Il a mis à notre disposition des mets crétois et des produits alimentaires assez complets, ce qui nous a suffit largement pour les petits déjeuners durant tout notre séjour. Nous reviendrons ! De la part des voyageurs de Paris, de Madagascar et de Maurice.

The location is unbeatable - nestled in a quiet, quaint neighborhood, yet conveniently located to local attractions, restaurants and shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better place to explore the area.

When it comes to amenities, this home truly has it all. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze and the comfortable living room was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, ample parking, and thoughtful touches throughout the home.

I highly recommend this house. Very large and all in excellent condition. The owner said it had just been fully renovated and the design has a lot of character. It has several bathrooms and excellent appliances in the kitchen. It was a really pleasant surprise to see a fridge with lots of goodies including local wine, beer, bottled water, sandwich meats, breads, Italian/filtered coffee. Very good quality towels and accessories. Theating and cooling system works well (also brand new). We grilled some meats and veggies on the large patio with a propane bbq. Very quiet neighborhood so it was great to relax on the 2nd floor patio and balcony. We will be back again. Manolis the host, was so kind and helpful.

Very good area, quiet and close to the center. The house is large with many bathrooms and is spotlessly clean. The space outside is excellent and the owner very helpful in everything. I highly recommend it

Wonderful accommodation and the best host I have met until now! I am host by myself and I couldn’t believe someone can offer this 5 star ⭐️ services and spoil his customers the way Manos did! We were a group of 6 and the house was extremely specious and had all necessary for a wonderful holiday! It is undoubtedly a place that I recommend from the bottom of my heart and I trust that this host will not disappoint you!

we really enjoyed our stay. The home has some great old world charm(stone) with modern functioning bathrooms and kitchen. You can tell alot of care and thought went into the renovation. When we needed down time he has nice balconies and a nice gated yard with pergola/tent tables, chairs etc. loved going to the nice restaurants nearby and its close to the center and the beaches at akrotiri too. chalepa gives you the peace and quiet if desired than close to all. Big benefit was the parking spot included so we didnt need to look for parking. We plan on going back.
